Terms of sale

Last updated: 21 September 2026

These terms govern the sale of goods through this website. Please read them before ordering. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who we are

The seller is Christophe Cochard, Entrepreneur individuel (micro-entreprise), trading as Snoozy Pets, a sole trader (micro-entreprise) established in France at 63 rue Gabriel Péri, 92120 Montrouge, France, registered under SIRET 441 960 069 00025, VAT status: not applicable, Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code. Contact: hello@snoozypets.co.uk.

2. How a contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it, and the contract is formed, only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. An order confirmation email is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance.

We may decline an order, in whole or in part, including where the goods are unavailable, where we cannot deliver to your address, where payment is refused, or where we suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and errors

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. We are a French micro-entreprise and are not registered for VAT, so our prices contain no VAT. Delivery is free; import VAT or duties may be charged on delivery, as set out in our Shipping Policy.

We take care with our prices, but errors happen. If we discover a manifest pricing error before dispatch, we will contact you and you may confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund. We are not obliged to supply goods at an obviously incorrect price.

4. Product information

We describe our products from the information our suppliers give us, and we check it against their own photographs and specifications.

Some product photographs have been adjusted so the product sits on a plain background. The retouching never changes the product itself: its shape, its colours and its proportions are those of the item we ship.

Dimensions are those stated by the supplier and may vary by 1 to 3 cm, since they are measured by hand. Colours vary between screens. Weight guides are the supplier's recommendation for the size of pet a bed suits; they are guidance, not a load rating, unless the product page says otherwise.

5. Availability

Stock levels change. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will tell you and refund that item in full.

6. Payment

Payment is taken at the time of order, through the payment methods shown at checkout. Goods remain our property until paid for in full.

7. Delivery and risk

Delivery times are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

8. Cancellation, returns and faults

See our Returns and Refunds Policy. In summary: you have 14 days to cancel, return postage is at your expense, and faulty goods are returned at ours.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care.

We are not liable for loss that is not foreseeable, nor for loss of profit, loss of business or loss of opportunity. Except where the law does not allow it, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

10. Use of our products

Our products are pet beds, furniture and accessories. They are not medical devices and we make no claim that they treat, prevent or relieve any condition. Supervise your pet, particularly with a product that a pet may chew, and follow any assembly or fixing instructions supplied.

11. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs, strikes, extreme weather and supplier failure. If such an event lasts more than 30 days, either of us may cancel the affected order and we will refund you.

12. Complaints

Write to hello@snoozypets.co.uk. We reply within 24 hours.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes may be brought before the courts of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory rules of the country in which you live.
