Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Dispatch and delivery times

Orders are prepared within 48 hours of payment being received.

Estimated delivery once dispatched: 6 to 10 days.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times can be affected by the carrier, by customs, by weather and by public holidays. Where a delay is outside our control, we will tell you as soon as we know.

Delivery costs

Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend.

Import VAT and duties

Many of our items are shipped from outside the United Kingdom. Depending on the value of your order, import VAT or customs duties may be charged by the carrier before delivery. Those charges are set by HM Revenue & Customs, are outside our control, and are payable by you.

We are a French micro-entreprise and are not registered for VAT: our prices contain no VAT.

Several parcels

An order containing several items may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days, at no extra cost to you.

If your parcel does not arrive

Contact us at hello@snoozypets.co.uk with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will replace it or refund you.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available to receive it, we will contact you. A second delivery attempt may be charged at the standard rate.
