Delivery
How much is delivery?
Nothing. Delivery is free on every order, with no minimum spend. We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.
When will my order arrive?
We prepare your order within 48 hours of payment. Once it's dispatched, it takes 6 to 10 days to reach you. These are estimates: the carrier, customs and bank holidays can add a few days, and we'll tell you if we hear of a delay. If an order has several items, they may arrive in separate parcels, at no extra cost.
Will I pay import charges?
Many of our items are shipped from outside the UK. Depending on the value of your order, the carrier may ask for import VAT or customs duties before delivery. Those charges are set by HM Revenue & Customs and are paid by you.
Products and sizes
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page gives the sizes in centimetres, with a Size guide link just below the size buttons. Measure your dog or cat lying stretched out, from nose to base of tail, and compare it with the size of the bed.
How do I wash my pet's bed?
It depends on the product. Each product page says how to clean it, in the short lines above the Add to basket button and in the description: some covers go in the washing machine, others are hand wash or wipe clean.
Are your photos of the real product?
Yes. The photographs come from our supplier. Some have been adjusted so the product sits on a plain background, and nothing else: the shape, the colours and the proportions are those of the product we send you.
Returns, payment and contact
Can I send something back?
Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind. Contact us first and don't send anything before we reply: we'll tell you where and how. Return postage is at your cost when you've simply changed your mind. If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you can reject it within 30 days and we pay the return postage.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, PayPal, Apple Pay and Shop Pay, all through our secure checkout.
Is it safe to pay on your site?
Yes. The checkout is encrypted, and our payment provider meets the card industry's highest security standard.
